This Privacy Policy explains how AuraScan AI ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.By using AuraScan AI you agree to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.DATA WE COLLECTCamera & Facial Images: AuraScan AI uses your device camera solely to perform real-time facial analysis. Photos and video frames processed during a scan are analyzed entirely on-device and are never transmitted to our servers.Scan Results: The generated aura score, country rankings, celebrity lookalike, and energy score exist only in your device's local memory and local storage. We do not upload your scan results to any server.Purchase Data: If you subscribe to AuraScan AI Premium, payment is processed by Google Play. We receive only anonymized purchase confirmation tokens via RevenueCat. We never see your payment card details.Push Notifications: If you enable daily reminders, we request notification permission. The Expo Push Token generated is stored locally on your device only and is used solely to send you your requested daily reminder. No token is shared with third parties.Crash & Analytics: We may collect anonymized crash reports and aggregate usage statistics to improve app stability. This data contains no personally identifiable information.HOW WE USE YOUR DATAFacial data captured by your camera is processed in real-time on your device only to generate your aura reading. It is not stored, shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.Anonymized analytics help us understand how users interact with the app so we can fix bugs and improve features.Purchase confirmation tokens are used solely to unlock Premium features in the app.Push notification tokens are used only to deliver daily reminders you have explicitly requested and can disable at any time in Settings.DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIESWe do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat receives anonymized app user IDs and purchase events. See revenuecat.com/privacy for their policy.Google Play: Purchases are handled by Google Play. Their privacy policy applies to payment processing.Expo (Push Notifications): If you enable push notifications, Expo's push service is used to deliver them. Expo does not receive any personal data beyond the delivery token. See expo.dev/privacy.We do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs. There are no ads in AuraScan AI.ON-DEVICE PROCESSINGAll facial analysis in AuraScan AI happens locally on your device. Your camera frames are never uploaded to any server. Once the scan session ends, the processed frame data is discarded from memory.The aura scores, country rankings, and energy results are generated by an algorithm running entirely on your device. No biometric template or facial embedding is created or stored on any external server.CHILDREN'S PRIVACYAuraScan AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.DATA SECURITYWe implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect any data associated with your use of AuraScan AI.Because facial images are processed entirely on-device and never transmitted, the risk of a server-side data breach exposing your biometric data is eliminated by design.YOUR RIGHTSSince we do not store personally identifiable information or biometric data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to delete upon request.You can delete the app at any time to remove all locally cached data, including scan history and preferences stored on your device.For questions about your rights under applicable privacy law (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, etc.) please contact us at the address below.CHANGES TO THIS POLICYWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
